Personal Accident & Sickness
Pays a benefit in the event of death, injury, or illness to an individual or company. If an individual takes out a policy, they, or a nominated relative, would receive the benefit. If the company takes out this cover, it will receive the benefit.
Personal Accident cover is can be used by a company to help cover the costs of sick pay, hiring a replacement employee whilst the person is on long term sick, the cost of recruitment if they are unable to come back to work or you can provide it as an additional employee benefit. The money provided can be used by the business how it sees fit to continue its operations.
