In business it’s not all about the wins!

We all love to win – and we love to celebrate helping our clients! But at JMP we take our commitment to offering the right advice seriously so this Testimonial Tuesday we also want to celebrate the times when we don’t win your business!
Let us explain.

A management consultant approached us after being recommended by an existing client who worked in a similar business. Jennifer reviewed his current policy and informed them of its strengths and weaknesses; so he could assess whether the premium was good value rather than ‘cheap’.

They were happy to be able to speak to someone who understood their concerns and was happy to take the time to discuss these.

‘Thanks. I really appreciate your advice, as you have confirmed that it is good value I will continue with it. It may not be the best cover but I think it is reasonable given my business profile. Thanks for all your help. I will definitely recommend you to others!’

Another happy non customer:

‘I really appreciate you doing this for me. I now know who to come to for insurance in future.’

This person approached us looking to take out a policy covering fixtures and fittings and Property Owners Liability. Through speaking with them and understanding their concerns we discovered they already had Property Owners insurance in place so we asked them to send it over for review. We were able to confirm that these covers were already in place and talked through their specific concerns regarding claims.

At JMP we will never pressure you into taking out a policy which we do not believe is right for you. All of our advisors are passionate about ensuring every person and business has the right cover and the right advice. They will do everything they can so you feel confident about the benefits your insurance provides.

For us insurance broking is about empowering people to make the right decisions about their risk management.
Feel free to get in touch with any queries you have and our team will help you find the right solution.

We’re here to help.
