We are a new progressive company with growth ambitions. However, we understand the importance of growing a successful business the right way, and with 80 percent of our new business derived from personal recommendations we are reassured that we are getting it right. Managing Director

John has been a General Insurance broker for 35 years. He strongly believes that insurance is still a people business and ensures that JMP always has the customer in mind. John specialises in business cover and High Net Worth property insurance. Since setting up John Morgan Partnership in 2008, the company has continued to grow under his guidance.

As well as running the day to day operations of JMP, John is always looking to develop new opportunities within the local area to compliment his existing business.

Jeremy, has been with John Morgan Partnership since 2014 and is CertCII qualified. He has a wealth of knowledge in all things insurance with his extensive experience of over 20 years in the industry which he has spent working in both Personal Lines and Commercial sectors. Jeremy specialises in property and landlord cover and also has an expertise in all motor policies.

Away from the office, Jeremy is a family man who shares quality time with his two sons, loves to cycle and unwinds through reading, complimenting his active lifestyle.

Edward Hampshire

Commercial Account Executive

Edward has been at JMP for over three years after spending seven years working for large multinational brokers and is Cert CII qualified. He brings a wealth of experience helping commercial and high net worth clients. Using his previous experience with private client solicitors, Edward created a specialist unoccupied property insurance scheme for executors and deputies.

Outside of work, Edward enjoys walking the dog throughout the Cotswolds with the occasional pub stop, playing rugby, and country pursuits.

Commercial Account Executive

Liz having worked in the insurance industry for 10 years now, started out in personal lines and high net worth and for the past 6 years has moved over to commercial. Liz is Cert CII qualified, specialises in industries such as Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Retailers, and Landlords and prides herself on delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Liz lives for her holidays with her young family and spends her free time chasing around a baby, chaotic toddler, and 2 dogs. She enjoys unwinding at the end of the day with a binge-worthy drama and a glass of wine or a bar of Dairy milk!

Will joins JMP from the world’s largest insurance broker with over 10 years experience in the industry. Having gained his grounding in insurance working on Commercial risks, and becoming Cert CII qualified, Will has spent the last few years focussing on large property risks for Social Housing Providers.

When not at work Will is a foodie who both loves to cook and explore Cheltenham’s fantastic restaurant scene, as well as putting his pre-insurance experience in the wine trade to good use pairing the perfect bottle.

Danielle joined us in 2023 as a Private Client Account Handler having worked in insurance for 14 years, starting off in personal lines then spending the last 5 years in high net worth and branching out into commercial. Danielle specialises in tailoring insurance to high net worth individuals needs, using her customer centric approach to put her clients at the forefront of everything she does.

Outside of her role at JMP, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, watching her two daughters play rugby, walking the dogs and going on holiday.

Hallie joined us on her Level 3 Marketing Apprenticeship Programme, taking the plunge at 16 into the corporate world to elevate her marketing journey. She is using her passion for growth, love for meeting new people and expertise in all things social media to strive towards continuous success for JMP.

Following a background in business owning, in her free time, Hallie uses her social media presence to inspire young entrepreneurs in navigating our ever-changing virtual world. Travel is a non-negotiable for Hallie, so when she’s not behind her keyboard, she is exploring new cultures.

Gillian Emery

Finance Manager

Gillian has recently joined JMP as our Finance Manager, settling insurers’ accounts, working closely with the team to communicate with insurance partners. She worked as a self-employed Childminder for 20+ years before deciding on a complete career change! Gillian has worked in Accounts since 2016 and has recently completed her AAT level 2 and 3. Gillian brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, is very organised and loves working with numbers.

Outside of the office Gillian enjoys netball, spending time with family and friends and walking her dog.
