My insurance renewal had come through and the existing insurer had pulled the plug. Our broker managed to find another company who would insure us at nearly £2k premium and we needed a monitored alarm to be fitted as extra. My daughter gave me the telephone number of John Morgan Partnership in Cheltenham, suggesting Danielle might be able to help us. Well – what an amazing company, with fab customer service, super friendly and courteous on the phone. I didn’t look back! Danielle was great, she took all the information she needed on the phone straight away and she called back within 2 hours to let me know she had been able to secure a brilliant quote for us which would also cover us for flood, we didn’t need an alarm and the premium was in excess of £500 cheaper. I really can’t recommend this company and Danielle more highly
