Here is a message from John Phillips, our Managing Director, as we enter the new year…
Wow, what a year! 2024 has been all about the JMP brand journey.
On a personal level, I’ve never enjoyed work more than I do now. At JMP, we’ve had a fantastic year and the businesses we have touched have shared in the fun along the way!
We love working with like-minded businesses that understand the added value in collaboration. In 2024, we have spent quality time nurturing true connections and establishing partnerships that will endure for years to come. This is incredibly exciting for our future. Our approach has never been “look how great we are.”, it’s “how can we help you?” and “how can we grow your business through our connections?” This is our message and one we will continue to develop over the years to come.
Throughout 2024, we’ve:
- Celebrated the 1-year anniversaries of Hallie Mant, our Marketing Executive, and Will, one of our Commercial Account Executives.
- Celebrated Ed, one of our Commercial Account Executives, 4-year anniversary and Jeremy, our Commercial Insurance Managers, 10-year milestone with JMP
- Hosted 12 networking breakfasts, 4 supper clubs, 3 boat events, and special days of shooting, racing, and more – creating spaces where genuine connections thrive.
- Maintained our 5-star rating on Google
- Strengthened our partnerships with leading insurers to ensure our clients receive the most comprehensive and competitive coverage available.
We couldn’t have achieved any of this without the trust and support of our wonderful clients, business friends, and team.
