Edward has been friendly, organised, efficient and always happy to help with any questions and made obtaining the correct insurance simple. When a policy needs updating for new vehicles etc, they take the pressure of you and will update the insurance provider for you and keep you inform with any updates. Our broker managed to find another company who would insure us at nearly £2k premium and we needed a monitored alarm to be fitted as extra. My daughter gave me the telephone number of John Morgan Partnership in Cheltenham, suggesting Danielle might be able to help us. Well – what an amazing company, with fab customer service, super friendly and courteous on the phone. I didn’t look back! Danielle was great, she took all the information she needed on the phone straight away and she called back within 2 hours to let me know she had been able to secure a brilliant quote for us which would also cover us for flood, we didn’t need an alarm and the premium was in excess of £500 cheaper. I really can’t recommend this company and Danielle more highly
